Search4 is seeking an IT Support Officer in Melbourne to be the local face of IT support, handling end-user issues and onboarding with autonomy within a broader IT team.

You'll troubleshoot across Windows and Microsoft 365, support devices, deployments, Intune, Autopilot, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams, and maintain strong customer service.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years' experience, are well organized, proactive, and enjoy helping users in a corporate environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in IT Support, Service Desk, Desktop Support, or similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience supporting end users in a corporate environment.
• Familiarity with device deployment, onboarding, and endpoint management.
• Exposure to Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Well organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
• A genuine passion for technology and helping users.

Responsabilités

• Provide support across hardware, software, Microsoft 365, printing, mobile devices, and connectivity issues.
• Act as the first point of contact for incidents, service requests, and user enquiries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, and peripheral‑related issues.
• Support device provisioning, deployment, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain asset registers, device inventories, and stock levels.
• Assist with endpoint management and user access administration.
• Work closely with a remote IT team to ensure a high level of service delivery across the business.
• Escalate complex issues when required and follow through to resolution.
