Job summary

Beerenberg Pty Ltd is seeking two experienced HRC Managers to lead the floor across café, retail, tourism and events at our Hospitality & Retail Centre in Hahndorf. You’ll own the day-to-day flow, lead the team, manage rosters and ensure every guest experience reflects Beerenberg standards.

Reporting to the HRC Venue Manager, you’ll be hands-on and ready to lead from the front during peak periods. You’ll champion exceptional guest experiences, coach and develop your team, and balance service

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in hospitality/retail operations.
• Proven ability to manage shifts, rosters and labour across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day front-of-house operations across café, retail, tourism and events.
• Own the floor and ensure each shift runs smoothly and to Beerenberg standards.
• Build and coach a high-performing team with clear direction and performance support.
• Manage rosters, labour costs and stock across areas while maintaining guest focus.
