Job summary

Beerenberg is seeking two experienced HRC Managers to lead front of house operations across café, retail, tourism, events and seasonal Strawberry Patch activities. You will be the on-floor face of the venue, directing service, coaching teams and ensuring Beerenberg standards are reflected in every guest interaction.

You will own the day-to-day flow of service, manage rosters and labour, and make calls to keep the rush smooth while maintaining budget awareness.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in hospitality or retail during peak periods.
• Proven ability to manage rosters, labour and service flow while maintaining standards.
• RSA and Food Handling certificate, with Food Safety Supervisor cert a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own the floor and lead day-to-day cafe and retail operations from open to close.
• Drive exceptional guest experiences and resolve issues quickly.
• Build and coach a high-performing team across café, retail, events and experiences.
• Manage labour, stock, costs and rostering to keep service flowing and on budget.
