Job summary

nbn Australia is seeking a Business Change and Readiness Lead to own the end-to-end change approach for initiatives impacting frontline and blue-collar workforces. You will assess impacts, develop readiness plans and coordinate delivery with project and operations teams.

Qualifications

• At least five years’ experience in change management, business readiness, communications or operational transformation.
• Experience delivering communications and change for frontline, operational or blue-collar workforces; remote/shift-based workforces valued.
• Strong capability in change impact assessment, readiness planning, stakeholder engagement, plain-English writing, risk management and adoption measurement.
• Experience translating complex project information into practical instructions for frontline teams.
• Confident in facilitating briefings, workshops and feedback sessions with leaders and teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; a recognised qualification in change management or communications is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change approach for assigned initiatives across people, process and technology.
• Develop integrated change, engagement and readiness plans with clear milestones and owners.
• Write clear, practical frontline communications for diverse teams.
• Coach project and business teams to improve change delivery quality.
• Coordinate readiness plans covering leadership, training, communications, and deployment needs.
• Assess readiness against gates and provide evidence-based recommendations.
