Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, human resources, organisational change or related discipline is expected.
• A recognised change management qualification is preferred, communications or project delivery qualifications viewed favourably.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated change roadmaps across enterprise programs and regional teams.
• Lead change impact assessments and identify affected audiences and readiness requirements.
• Translate analysis into practical recommendations and actions for senior leaders.
• Coach change practitioners and project managers to improve delivery quality.
