The role contributes to delivering culturally safe healthcare and supports staff with best-practice approaches in a remote setting.

The position offers frontline experience, opportunities for learning, and exposure to diverse clinical areas, with a focus on improving outcomes for Aboriginal communities.

Formación

• Aboriginal Health Worker qualification or relevant experience.
• Ability to work as part of a frontline team in a rural/public health setting.

Responsabilidades

• Promote the SNF Plus program across local cultural networks and support staff in culturally competent care.
