Job summary

• Proven track record leading digital products from discovery through delivery and improvement.
• Strong product judgment to differentiate important opportunities from nice-to-have ideas.
• Ability to translate vision into focused strategy, roadmap and bets.

Responsibilities

• Set Frontier ambition and balance current customer problems with future possibilities.
• Identify problems worth solving across digital experiences and opportunities for Frontier.
• Turn ideas into experiences by enabling designers and engineers to prototype and test with customers.
• Partner with feature teams to unlock problems and raise experience ambition.
• Turn learnings from experiments into reusable patterns for Lumen and Local Libraries.
• Define how Local Libraries evolve to meet platform needs while staying connected to Lumen.
• Create leverage by scaling successful patterns across CommBank ecosystems.
• Establish meaningful measures of customer impact and adoption to guide investments.
• Build momentum by aligning product, design, engineering and senior leaders around a shared path forward.
