This senior role shapes strategy and governance for NetBank Payments, partnering with product and technology leaders, driving discovery, delivery and design-system evolution in a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

  • Experience designing within banking/financial services across native and responsive platforms.
  • Proven design leadership and mentorship experience with designers and researchers.
  • Strong discovery and delivery track record in dual-track, customer-problem oriented models.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to bring vision and customer needs to stakeholders.
  • Experience end-to-end product design discovery and delivery at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a dual-track experience design process for Netbank Payments.
  • Own strategic experience design and governance across Netbank.
  • Collaborate with product and technology leadership and fellow design leads.
  • Mentor and manage 6–10 designers and researchers across the chapter.
  • Develop design capability and contribute to the design system and methodologies.
  • Guide end-to-end delivery within a portfolio, aligning with budgets and timelines.
