Ausenco in Perth is seeking a Front Office Receptionist to deliver an exceptional visitor and client experience. This role is more than a traditional reception job; you will be the welcoming, connected presence that helps our busy office run smoothly and professionally.

You will manage front-desk duties, answer calls, coordinate meeting rooms, handle mail and deliveries, and support travel and finance teams as needed.

• Be a welcoming, professional first point of contact for clients, visitors and colleagues.
• Build strong relationships across teams, responding to requests with tact and a solutions-focused approach.
• Take ownership of the front-of-house experience, ensuring meeting rooms and shared spaces are organised, welcoming and ready for use.
• Manage incoming calls, enquiries, deliveries, couriers and mail efficiently and discreetly.
• Coordinate office supplies, stationery and PPE, and help maintain a well-presented workplace.
• Provide practical, light-touch coordination support to the travel and finance teams as needed.
• Notice what needs doing, resolve day-to-day issues and know when to escalate.

About the role

As our Front Office Receptionist, you will:

• Be a welcoming, professional and engaging first point of contact for clients, visitors and colleagues.
• Build strong working relationships across teams, responding to requests with tact, confidence and a solutions-focused approach.
• Take ownership of the front-of-house experience, ensuring meeting rooms and shared spaces are organised, welcoming and ready for use.
• Manage incoming calls, enquiries, deliveries, couriers and mail efficiently and discreetly.
• Coordinate office supplies, stationery and PPE, and help maintain a well-presented workplace.
• Provide practical, light-touch coordination support to the travel and finance teams as needed.
