Job summary

Ayers Rock Resort is seeking a Porter to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT, delivering frontline guest services within our Front Office Team. You will manage luggage, assist with room allocations, and help create memorable first and last impressions for every guest.

This role requires a full Australian drivers license and offers incentives such as discounted accommodation, relocation support, staff facilities, and opportunities to experience the Red Centre.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an ambassador of the resort, ensuring guests feel welcome on arrival and depart with kindness.
• Coordinate guests’ luggage across the hotels and ensure timely handling.
• Assist arriving guests, liaising with reception on room allocations and delivering bags to rooms shortly after arrival.
• Maintain all hotel areas and client-facing spaces in a timely manner as directed by management.
