Qualifications

• Previous experience as a hotel Duty Manager.
• Go-get-it attitude with initiative to own and drive tasks.
• Bold, curious mindset bringing fresh ideas to improve guest and team experience.
• Genuine passion for hospitality, with ability to lead by example.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Opera Cloud or similar PMS is desirable.
• Flexibility to work a rotating 38-hour roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
