Hyatt Regency Brisbane is seeking a personable Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office team, reporting to the Director of Operations. You will oversee Front Desk and Bell/Concierge, mentoring staff and delivering thoughtful service to guests.

The role offers room to shape daily operations, build a hospitality career, and progress to senior leadership. Strong Opera proficiency and unfettered work rights in Australia are essential.

Qualifications

• Front Office leadership experience in a large five-star hotel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to guest service and team development.
• Ability to manage rosters, train staff and uphold hotel standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Office operations across reservations, check-in and check-out.
• Manage Front Office staffing, rosters and labour costs.
• Monitor guest feedback and address issues with other departments.
• Coordinate with Guest Experience Manager and VIP arrivals.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and performance feedback.
• Contribute to room revenue and occupancy strategies with Revenue team.
• Promote World of Hyatt enrolments and up-selling.
• Maintain Front Office procedures and compliance with standards.
