Job summary

Coreserve Australia Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking a Customer Service & Helpdesk Coordinator Trainee to join the front‑of‑house team. You’ll handle calls, log work orders and help keep service moving while you learn our systems.

Training is provided; prior admin or customer service experience helpful, with strong computer skills and attention to detail valued. Opportunities to progress into scheduling or accounts exist.

Qualifications

• Some administration experience and sound computer skills.
• A work history that shows reliability and commitment.
• Experience in reception, retail, hospitality or customer service would be valuable.
• Simpro experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Answering calls with confidence and a friendly, professional phone manner.
• Receiving and accurately logging work orders, service requests and enquiries.
• Gathering client details, equipment information and descriptions of faults.
• Identifying urgent requests and referring them to the appropriate team.
• Supporting scheduling, service, accounts and sales teams.
• Following up information and keeping clients updated.
• Maintaining accurate records in Simpro.
• Helping with general administration and daily office tasks.
