The purpose of the Front Office Coordinator role is to lead and support the front office team through coaching and guidance, while serving as the friendly first point of contact for customers.

What you’ll need to make it possible

• Available to work full-time
• Ideally, candidates will be a current Front Office Coordinator or have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Dental Receptionist
• Suitable to a senior receptionist looking to take the next step in their career
• You’re a motivated self-starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic role
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about customer service and patient care
• Organised with attention to detail
• Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
