Honorbread in Narooma is seeking a friendly Front of House Team Member / Barista to deliver superb customer service and craft quality coffee. Join a small, community-focused bakery by the coast and help create a welcoming café atmosphere for locals and visitors alike.

We value passion for coffee, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team or independently. Training is provided, and weekend/public holiday availability is appreciated for a permanent role.

What You’ll Do:

Provide friendly and efficient customer service.

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages.

Assist with front-of-house operations, including sales and cash handling.

Keep the café area clean, organised, and well-stocked.

Share knowledge of our bread, pastries, and products with customers.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in customer service or hospitality.

Barista experience with an understanding of specialty coffee (training can be provided).

A friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently.

Availability to work weekends and during school & public holidays.
