Job summary

The Cook & Baker in Sydney is seeking an experienced Barista to join our fast-paced, friendly café team. We focus on quality coffee, great food and warm, genuine service.

You will work a mix of Front of House and Barista shifts, dial in grinders, prepare espresso with speed and maintain coffee quality across service, collaborating with kitchen and front-of-house. Shifts Tuesday–Thursday with potential for extra days.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of barista experience in a busy café.
• Confident with high-volume service.
• Strong espresso extraction and milk texturing.
• Reliable, punctual and team-focused.

Pay
