Burnt Honey Bakery on the Central Coast of NSW seeks a passionate Barista / FOH All Rounder on a casual basis. We’re hiring two casuals for two days each, covering Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday to ensure steady weekend coverage.

Join a beachside community hub to craft high quality coffee, work with Little Italy Roasters beans, and uphold top standards of brewing and service while maintaining a welcoming FOH.

Nestled by the serene Copacabana Beach, Burnt Honey Bakery is a hub of artisanal excellence on the Central Coast of NSW. Our bakery is a testament to the art of traditional baking where every loaf and pastry tells a story.

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista / FOH superstar to join our team on a casual basis.

Position: Barista / FOH All Rounder

We’re hiring 2 casuals for 2 days a week each. Looking for steady coverage on these days.

Roles are 2 days each across Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday.

Key responsibilities

• Craft high quality coffees and beverages focusing on consistency and excellence
• Work with quality beans from Little Italy Roasters
• Uphold the highest standards of brewing and customer service
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace
• Collaborate with FOH team members, contributing to a positive and dynamic work environment

About you

• At least 2 years coffee experience with strong technical skills in all areas including brewing, filter, and latte art
• Genuine passion for coffee with a desire to continuously learn and grow in the craft
• Commitment to friendly, warm and memorable customer experiences
• Commitment to punctuality and dependability, ensuring smooth FOH operations
• Eagerness to be part of a team that values collaboration, skill, and dedication
• Ability to consistently work 2 shifts weekly with availability for extra shifts on an ad-hoc basis
• Driver's licence and own car/vehicle essential to travel to work
• Full Australian working rights essential
