About the Role

• Casual position for the first 3 months, with the opportunity to transition to a full-time salaried position for the right candidate.
• Award wages paid in accordance with the Hospitality Industry Award
• Opportunity to transition into a full-time salaried position after the initial 3 months, based on performance, reliability, and business needs

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience working in a busy café, restaurant, or bar
• Confident making coffee and operating a commercial espresso machine
• Experience preparing and serving alcoholic beverages
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings

Essential Requirements

• Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate
• Previous barista experience
• Previous bar experience
