Darling Group is seeking passionate Baristas to join Stringers Sorrento in Melbourne. We offer competitive remuneration, gratuities, a flexible roster, and extensive training opportunities across Darling Group venues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year barista experience in a fast-paced café.
• Confident in dialling in and adjusting grind.
• A love for specialty coffee and an eye for detail.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Excellent communication and outgoing personality.
• Adaptable and able to multi-task effectively.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts.
