Job summary

Enzo's On The Beach in Hervey Bay is seeking a highly skilled Front of House Supervisor with restaurant and bar experience to lead our team in running our beachfront venue.

You will be a natural leader, work well under pressure in a high‑volume environment, manage staff across departments, oversee training and hygiene standards, and ensure outstanding customer service. RSA certification is required or willing to obtain.

Qualifications

• Experience leading front‑of‑house teams in a busy restaurant/bar.
• Proven ability to deliver high standards of customer service.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills under pressure.
• Ability to train and supervise staff across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate front‑of‑house staff across dining and bar areas.
• Oversee training programs and ensure outstanding guest experiences.
• Maintain high hygiene and presentation standards across all areas.
• Manage labour costs and scheduling to support operations.
• Communicate effectively with team and guests in a fast-paced setting.

We are looking for a highly skilled Front of House Supervisor with both restaurant and bar experience to lead our team in running our beachfront restaurant.

The successful applicant will be someone who is passionate about their work, is a natural leader and dedicated team player, who has demonstrated experience in a similar working environment and who is keen to adapt in these ever changing times.

The applicant must have experience in a very high volume restaurant and bar as well as have the following attributes;

• - outgoing and well presented
• - have a love for hospitality and be passionate about their work
• - have at least two years or more experience in a similar role
• - be a natural leader as well as being a team player
• - ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
• - be a great communicator
• - be punctual and reliable
• - be able to work quickly in a fast paced environment
• - manage and lead the staff across multiple departments
• - supervise staff training to provide an outstanding customer experience
• - ensure the highest possible standard of hygiene is maintained by all staff
• - keen eye for presentation and attention to detail
• - sound knowledge of labour costs and budgeting
• - passion and sound knowledge of food, wine and cocktails
• - strong leadership and motivational qualities
• - hold a current RSA or be willing to obtain
