One Strength PTY LTD in Bathurst, NSW is seeking a proactive Front of House – Sales, Admin & Gym Floor Support to drive new memberships, manage customer relationships and support daily gym operations. The role is based in Bathurst with full-time commitment and potential for casual arrangements.

Key duties include engaging with prospective members, presenting programmes, hitting sales targets, and contributing to campaigns while maintaining records and staying aligned with industry trends.

Formación

• Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the fitness or wellness industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to effectively address customer concerns.
• Enthusiasm for health and fitness, and a genuine desire to help others achieve their wellness goals.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently to achieve targets.
• Relevant sales or marketing qualifications are desirable, but not essential.

Become a key member of our team at One Strength PTY LTD as Front of House – Sales, Admin & Gym Floor Support. In this full time role based in Bathurst, NSW 2798, you will be responsible for driving new sales, building relationships with potential customers, and contributing to the growth and success of our thriving fitness business.

This role will include general gym duties.

Experience in social media management & content creation will significantly enhance an applicant's chances of success

There is potential for further career development from this position if the individual is looking to expand their career, One Strength is a growing business and there will be additional locations opening in years to come.

For the right applicant we would consider both full time or casual positions.
