Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience delivering high-standard service in a similar venue.
• Experience supervising front-of-house in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to deliver exceptional, attentive service.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management.
• Outgoing, engaging personality with strong communication.
• RSA certificate (up-to-date).
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front-of-house team with the venue manager in a collaborative, efficient manner.
• Welcome, serve, and farewell guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Follow service procedures to uphold exceptional customer service.
• Describe menu items accurately and make recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the front-of-house area.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
• Adhere to alcohol service regulations and ensure responsible beverage service.
• Process payments using our systems and procedures.
• Coordinate with bar staff, servers, and kitchen team for smooth service.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
