Stormridge Estate in Victoria's Melbourne region seeks an experienced hospitality leader to oversee cellar door and restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth day-to-day running.

You will train and lead front of house staff, handle rostering, conduct engaging wine tastings, manage reservations and guest inquiries, and coordinate weddings and winery events to elevate the guest experience.
