The role is senior and project-led, focusing on front-end growth in design & construct for medical, veterinary, commercial, and specialist services sectors. You will originate and develop opportunities, manage tender processes, and convert complex design concepts into signed contracts, working with end users, operators, consultants, and internal teams to drive growth and long-term

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in business development within a project-based D&C, fit-out, or commercial construction environment.
• Strong understanding of the construction tender lifecycle and project scoping.
• Experience selling complex commercial projects to senior stakeholders is essential.

Responsibilities

• Originate and develop fit-out and construction opportunities across medical, veterinary, commercial, or specialist services sectors.
• Drive the front-end project sales lifecycle from initial pitch through tender submission and contract closure.
• Bridge client expectations with estimating/design teams to ensure competitive proposals.
• Build senior-level relationships with business owners, operators, consultants, and referral partners.
• Collaborate to understand strategic objectives, growth plans, and capital works requirements.
• Maintain disciplined opportunity tracking, forecasting, and CRM reporting.
