Common Good Partners is seeking an experienced Project Manager for its Sydney delivery team, focusing on industrial & logistics construction. The role involves ownership of projects from design development to practical completion, with a strong emphasis on client relationships and delivery excellence.

The position is based in Alexandria, NSW, with 3–4 days in the office and regular site visits, offering a clear path for leadership progression within a national builder with a 40-year track record.

Qualifications

• Experienced Project Manager with strong commercial and technical capability.
• Proven ability delivering design & construct projects valued at $30m+.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for client and team leadership.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of project delivery, programmes, budgets and quality outcomes.
• Manage project financials, cost reporting, forecasting, procurement and subcontractor performance.
• Lead design coordination and consultant management through D&C lifecycle.
