Common Good Partners is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for its Sydney delivery team to drive design and construct projects from early design through completion. The role focuses on commercial delivery, client relationships and coordinating between clients, consultants and site teams.

The position is based in the Alexandria office with 3–4 days in the office and regular site visits, offering strong leadership progression within a growing national contractor.

Qualifikationen

• Experienced Project Manager with strong commercial and technical capability.

Aufgaben

• Taking ownership of project delivery, including programme, budget, quality and commercial outcomes.
• Managing project financials, cost reporting, forecasting, procurement and subcontractor performance.
• Leading design coordination and consultant management through the full D&C lifecycle.
• Working closely with Site Managers and construction teams to drive successful project outcomes.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
• Identifying and managing project risks, variations and commercial opportunities.
• Providing leadership and guidance to project teams while maintaining a collaborative and accountable culture.
