Job summary

Workpac Group in Sydney's Eastern Creek area is seeking a Material Handler / Front-End Loader Operator to support waste facility operations. You will operate material handlers and front-end loaders, perform pre-starts and post-checks, and assist with loading trucks and moving materials.

Candidates should hold a loader ticket, be willing to obtain Hepatitis A & B vaccinations, and bring reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Loader ticket and relevant experience required.
• Vaccinations (Hepatitis A & B) or willingness to obtain.
• Waste industry experience desirable.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Ability to work independently with good mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handlers and front-end loaders.
• Complete pre-starts, post-checks and housekeeping tasks.
• Push up incoming materials from Council trucks.
• Load trucks using loader scales and operate trommel loading.
• Perform general loading and material movement duties.
