Job summary

Glenfield Waste Services in Glenfield, NSW is seeking an experienced Loader Operator to join our team. You will operate front-end loaders to move materials, feed crushing equipment, and manage stockpiles on a busy site.

The role requires loader experience, a strong safety focus, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Working hours are Monday to Friday 6:30 am to 4:30 pm, with Saturdays as required, on site.

Qualifications

• Loader experience is essential and must be proven.
• Experience with stockpile management and site safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in waste, recycling, quarrying or earthmoving environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders to move materials and load outbound trucks.
• Feed crushing and screening equipment.
• Maintain clean, organised stockpiles and work areas.
• Perform daily pre-start checks and basic equipment care.
• Coordinate with weighbridge team and other operators to keep materials moving.
• Operate other machinery where competent.
