Job summary

Re.Group, an Australian-owned recycling and resource recovery company, is seeking a permanent Loader Driver in Brisbane, QLD, to operate front-end loaders, move commingled materials and transport within the plant.

Working Monday to Friday, 07:00–17:30, you will perform pre-start checks, follow safety procedures, communicate on UHF radio, and support yard duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Front end Loader ticket is essential.
• Forklift license is desirable.
• Good communication via UHF radio and strong safety awareness are expected.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders to move, load out and transport commingled materials inside the plant.
• Conduct daily pre-start checks (tyres, hydraulics, lights, fluids, attachments).
• Able to safely operate the equipment plant with the ability to effectively communicate on the UHF radio.
• Adhere to health & safety procedures and report near misses and fault findings.
• Follow site traffic management plans, speed limits and safe operating procedures.
• Keep the machine clean and perform safe shutdown daily.
• Assist with general labouring or yard duties when required.
