Job summary

Synergie Australia is seeking 2 x Front Loader Operators for our client in Eastern Creek. Ongoing position with a 1x Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm shift and another on a 4 on 4 off rotation roster. From $46 per hour with an immediate start.

You will operate a front-end loader and material handler, performing prestart checks and loading trucks. Ideal candidates have waste-industry experience, a strong safety mindset, reliable transport, and full working rights in Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience in the waste industry is required.
• Demonstrates a good work ethic and reliability.
• Commitment to safety and a proactive approach.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate front loader equipment.
• Must have full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Prestart and post checks, housekeeping.
• Pushing up incoming material off council trucks.
• Loading trucks using scales on the loader.
• Loading the trommel using front-end loader.
• Loading trucks.
