Job summary

CSR is seeking a Machine Operator at our Cecil Park manufacturing facility in NSW to operate Front End Wheel Loaders and production equipment used in brick manufacturing. You will handle raw materials, monitor processes, and uphold quality while developing new skills in a dynamic environment.

• Front End Wheel Loader licence/ticket is required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Front-End Wheel Loader within designated processing areas with safety as a priority.
• Work a rotating roster of six days per week on a three-week cycle (day and night shifts).
• Perform manual handling, basic machine maintenance, loading/unloading, lifting bricks, and inspecting production line outputs.
• Wear PPE and follow Lock Out/Tag Out procedures.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Inspect finished products for defects and sort per quality standards.
• Provide break relief for other operators and assist with breakdowns and troubleshooting.
