CSR Limited is seeking a proactive Day Shift Machine Operator (Bricks) for our Thomastown site, VIC. You will be hands-on in the production process, inspecting bricks, operating equipment, and ensuring top-quality output each day.

We provide onsite training, ongoing upskilling, and a supportive team culture. The role offers a weekday schedule, with occasional Saturday overtime, and opportunities for career progression within CSR’s Australian/ANZ operations.

Qualifications

• Safety and quality orientation.
• Ability to work with others in a production setting.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the role.
• Basic ability to operate and assist with machinery.

Responsabilités

• Inspect bricks and ensure only high-quality bricks leave site.
• Operate machinery and perform routine quality checks.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area.
• Support teammates during breaks or breakdowns.
• Report issues promptly and uphold high standards.
