Job summary

Allmen Industrial Services are seeking an experienced Front End Loader Operator for our busy Resource Recovery Centre in Clyde. You will join a supportive team in a fast-paced waste and recycling operation, operating mobile plant, loading trucks, and managing site traffic.

The role runs Monday to Friday with 8+ hour day shifts and occasional weekend work. Candidates should have Loader operation experience and the ability to pass a pre-employment medical and police check.

Qualifications

• RII / VOC – Front End Loader (preferred).
• Proven experience operating loaders, dozers, forklifts, and bobcats (highly regarded).
• Previous experience in the waste or resource recovery industry (desirable).
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and police check.

Responsibilities

• Operating a range of mobile plant equipment.
• Loading trucks and managing site traffic flow.
• Stockpiling materials and waste.
• General site clean-up and housekeeping.
• Operating fixed plant machinery including crushers and compactors.
• Manual tasks as required.
