Job summary

Downer is seeking a Safety‑mocused Plant Operator for our RAP Processing Facility in Rosehill, NSW. The role requires Front End Loader and Excavator experience and carries the responsibility to support efficient waste processing and material recovery.

You will work within a team to maintain plant operations, uphold safety standards, and contribute to sustainable waste recovery and resource management.

Qualifications

• White Card (General Construction Induction) required.
• Experience operating a Front End Loader essential.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence required.
• HR or MR Licence highly regarded.
• Basic mechanical knowledge for plant maintenance.
• Experience in recycling, waste, manufacturing or production desirable.
• Strong commitment to zero harm and safety.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Reliable work ethic and positive attitude.
