Job summary

Markinson is seeking a motivated front-end developer to join our product development team. You will shape enterprise web interfaces using React.js, driving architecture, patterns, and reusable components.

You will mentor peers, work with product and backend teams, and apply AI automation to lift productivity and quality. The role emphasizes performance, accessibility and secure coding in a fast-paced ERP software environment.

Qualifications

• Deep experience with React.js and hooks
• Ability to design framework patterns and reusable components
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and distributed systems
• Experience with automated front-end testing and CI/CD
• Hands-on experience applying AI/automation to engineering work
• Able to reason through hard technical problems and explain decisions clearly
• Enterprise mindset: reliability, maintainability and security

Responsibilities

• Shape the front-end architecture — framework, patterns and reusable building blocks
• Build responsive, accessible interfaces that perform under enterprise data loads
• Help define and lift front-end standards and the design system
• Apply AI and automation across the development lifecycle
• Evaluate emerging tools and patterns and advocate the best options
• Maintain high quality via automated testing, secure coding and code reviews
• Mentor nearby developers and uplift team capability
• Collaborate with product and back-end teams and keep stakeholders updated
