Job summary

Talent Insights Group is seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer to shape frontend engineering across the team. You’ll work on a client-facing platform for planning, booking, and measuring campaigns, in a product-focused environment with tight collaboration across UI, design, data, QA and backend teams.

You’ll own React/TypeScript development, drive frontend patterns, and mentor peers while delivering end-to-end features with high quality and performance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expertise in React and TypeScript.
• Experience building production web applications.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with API integration and modern frontend tooling.
• Testing experience or familiarity with TDD/BDD.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to mentor and influence other engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve frontend experiences across the platform.
• Build new React/TypeScript components and integrate with backend APIs.
• Design frontend solutions and break down requirements into technical tasks.
• Improve frontend performance and scalability.
