Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Experience in reception or front line information exchange.
• Experience in community engagements or hospitality is an advantage.
• Entry level position with some customer-facing experience.
• Completion of Year 12 High School is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner and guide them to hosts or meeting areas.
• Manage calls and inboxes, respond promptly and professionally.
• Build client relationships and act on feedback to improve the workplace experience.
• Issue and collect access passes; maintain induction files and records.
• Maintain high presentation standards in reception areas, lounges and common spaces.
