Qualifications

• Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa.
• Pre-employment screening will include a national police check and misconduct screening.

• Deliver a high quality telephone and reception service to clients, service providers and members of the public in a welcoming and professional manner.
• Acknowledge all visitors and callers, assess the purpose of the visit or call, and provide appropriate responses.
