Job summary

UniLodge Living Group is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to lead the front-of-house team at UniLodge Shafston in Queensland, Australia. You will supervise reception operations, uphold service standards, and drive occupancy and business opportunities while delivering a warm, professional resident experience.

The role requires a customer-centric leader with strong problem-solving skills, capable of maintaining high occupancy and coordinating with multifaceted teams across our properties.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in guest services or student accommodation is preferred.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service in frontline roles.
