Job summary

UniLodge Living Group in Australia is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to deliver a warm, proactive resident experience.   • Assist with a range of enquiries related to student residency, studies, general needs, and overall wellbeing.
  • Taking the initiative to monitor and report concerns and/or issues relating to resident safety and wellbeing and escalating as needed.
  • Coordinating and execute administrative duties (including incoming and outgoing mail, filing, etc.).

This is a full-time fixed-term position, ending on 4 November 2026. Some of the responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Our Mandatory Requirements Include
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • National Police Check (completed within last 3 months)
  • Working with Vulnerable People's Check
