Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in Australia.
• National Police Check completed within last 3 months.
• Working with Vulnerable People’s Check.

Responsibilities

• Create a friendly environment and deliver a positive resident experience.
• Assist with enquiries related to student residency, studies, general needs and wellbeing.
• Monitor and report concerns related to resident safety and wellbeing and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate and execute administrative duties (mail, filing, etc.).
