Doors Plus is seeking a Customer Care Receptionist for its Minchinbury, NSW location. The role focuses on clear verbal and written communication with customers, handling calls, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

The successful candidate will have receptionist experience, a warm and empathetic approach, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a busy environment.

Qualificações

• Excellent verbal communication skills, clarity of speech, and professional written manners for both in-house and customer correspondence.
• Confidence with phone systems - headsets, using hold, and transferring calls etc.
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to communicate details via email or other platform while actively listening and engaging with a customer.
• A person who excels in time management and can distinguish priority tasks.
