Job summary

Hotel Indigo Adelaide Markets, part of InterContinental Hotels Group, seeks a Front Desk Agent to join the Front Office team in a part-time capacity. You will deliver seamless check-in/check-out, respond to guest requests, and promote IHG One Rewards and on-site dining options.

Bring strong communication, a guest-first attitude, attention to detail, and flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

We’re looking for a Front Desk Agent (Hotel Services Team Member) to join our Front Office team. If you’re passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and love being part of a team that celebrates local culture, we’d love to hear from you. This is a part-time role, HIGA Level 3.

Every day is varied, but you’ll typically:

• Deliver seamless check-in and check-out experiences for guests
• Respond promptly to guest requests and enquiries
• Maintain and update guest reservation profiles
• Welcome back IHG members and encourage enrolment in IHG One Rewards
• Promote room upgrades and in-house food & beverage offerings
