Polyaire is seeking a Counter Sales team member at the Dandenong branch to support daily operations with front-counter customer service and admin tasks. The role combines sales order processing and data entry with friendly customer interactions in a collaborative team.

You will handle invoicing, data management, and coordination with the warehouse to ensure timely deliveries while maintaining accurate records and providing a high level of service to customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good computer literacy and MS Excel experience.
• High accuracy of data entry and data management.
• Strong communication skills with a passion for customer service.
• Friendly and approachable with a can-do attitude.
• ERP software knowledge would be beneficial but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Process daily sales orders and complete dispatch documentation.
• Process daily invoicing and prepare orders for invoicing.
• Greet customers at the front counter and deliver excellent service.
• Assist service team with credit claim processing.
• Reconcile end-of-month KPIs.
• Maintain and update customer/product databases.
• Maintain an organized filing system.
• Coordinate with warehouse for accurate orders and on-time deliveries.
