Role requires strong organisational skills, MS Excel proficiency, and ERP experience; prior retail or sales support is desirable.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Computer literacy with MS Excel proficiency.
• Understanding of the air conditioning market (desirable).
• Experience in sales support, customer service or a related retail role.
• Experience with ERP software systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Process sales orders, payments and dispatch documentation.
• Provide knowledgeable, friendly front-counter service to customers.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist stock management.
• Coordinate with warehouse to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
• Support credit claim processing and end-of-month reconciliations.
• Assist with daily invoicing and maintain clean, organized counter area.
