Job summary

Polyaire is seeking a Counter Sales/Storeperson for our Coffs Harbour branch. You will be the face of Polyaire at the trade counter, assist customers with products, process orders, and help keep the warehouse running smoothly.

In this varied role you will also manage stock, support with delivery driving, and provide essential administrative assistance to the Branch Supervisor. A forklift licence, a current driver's licence and ERP familiarity are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support or customer service in retail
• Good communication and rapport-building abilities
• Excellent organisation and time management
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with ERP software is a plus

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend products
• Process sales orders, payments, and dispatch docs
• Assist at trade counter with customers
• Maintain inventory counts and stock management
• Work with warehouse team to ensure accurate orders and deliveries
• Handle daily invoicing and prepare orders for invoicing
• Assist with pick, pack, and delivery driving as needed
• Support branch supervisor with admin and data entry
