Polyaire is seeking a dedicated Counter Sales Assistant to support daily operations at our Sunshine Coast branch. You will handle admin tasks and front-counter service, helping ensure smooth sales and customer experiences.

The role suits someone who enjoys variety, supports the team, and thrives in a collaborative environment. A focus on accuracy, data management, and ERP familiarity will help you succeed. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good computer literacy and MS Excel familiarity.
• High accuracy of data entry and data management.
• Strong communication with a passion for customer service.
• Friendly and approachable with a can-do attitude.
• ERP knowledge would be beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Process daily sales orders and dispatch documents.
• Process daily invoicing and prepare orders for invoicing.
• Greet customers and provide exceptional front-counter service.
• Assist service team with credit claim processing.
• Reconcile end-of-month KPI data.
• Maintain and update customer/product databases; filing.
• Coordinate with warehouse for accurate and timely orders.
