• Confident using computer systems and electronic parts catalogues.

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional front counter service to retail, trade, and internal customers.
• Interpreting parts requirements for John Deere equipment.
• Assisting workshop technicians with timely and accurate parts supply.
• Processing parts sales, invoices, and customer orders.
• Managing inventory levels including stock ordering and adjustments.
