Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in linehaul allocation and logistics coordination.
• Strong understanding of linehaul and local operations and driver compliance.
• Solid understanding of interstate and local routes, travel and loading times and rest breaks.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and allocate linehaul runs across the national network.
• Manage end-to-end contracts including local pickups and last mile deliveries.
• Coordinate with drivers, depots and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor fleet movements and adjust schedules in real time.
• Ensure compliance with fatigue, safety, and chain-of-responsibility requirements.
• Maintain accurate records, manifests, PODs and driver run sheets.
