DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in Alexandria, NSW seeks an experienced Export Air Operator to manage Air Export activities and support the export workflow from inquiry to departure. You will collaborate with Export specialists to ensure high-quality service and build strong relationships with clients and overseas colleagues.

Responsibilities include inputting data into Cargowise One, calculating invoice costs, and driving improvements in export processes while assisting the Senior Team

Qualifications

• Industry knowledge experience in Air Export.
• Cargowise One knowledge and experience.
• Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel).

• Assist Senior Team Lead and Department Manager with daily activities.

We’re looking for an experienced Export Air Operator to join our team based in Alexandria,NSW. The role involves managing Air Export activities within the department.

Your typical day at DSV:

• Collaborate with a team of Export specialists to ensure high-quality and accurate service for our clients.
• Manage the export workflow from initial customer service interactions to departure, adhering to Management directives, customer instructions, legislative requirements, and company KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, service providers, and overseas colleagues.
• Resolve export-related issues in partnership with various stakeholders and team members.
• Accurately and promptly input data into Cargowise One.
• Calculate financial aspects, such as invoice costs, related to your files.
• Implement and monitor improvements in export processes.
• Assist the Senior Team Lead and Department Manager with daily activities and other assigned tasks/projects as needed.
